A few days ago, I did a townie makeover of Emerald Greenwood from Twinbrook and I decided I wanted to share her. It took sometime tracking all her CC’s (I wish there is a mod for that), but I was finally able to do so today. She’s basically packaged with Base Game clothes except for her Everyday Wear. 

I only ask that you don’t re-upload her or claim her as your own. You can change her hair and clothing if you want to. I would also love it if you would tag me when you post pictures of her in your game, so I can see how far she has gone there.

Hi guys! I decided to quickly throw these little rat tattoos together because I had a mighty need for them, since rats are my favorite animal and I’m planning on getting a little rat tattoo myself in the future! So, I thought I’d share them with you, if anyone wants them. The third tattoo is actually a rat and a cat, which I thought was cute :3

There are eight tattoos in total. (Click on the second picture to enlarge it and get a good view of the Tattooinator previews!) There aren’t any ingame previews, besides the top picture. Sorry about that :( They look best in black and at/close to the largest size.

Aikea_Guinea’s Own Version So after a lot of messing about and a lot of help from Aikea_Guinea (thank you so much, I couldn’t have done this otherwise!), I finally figured out how to make the ‘Pearly White’ veneers into defaults while still having separate default eyes! Aikea_Guinea is also going to release her own teeth and sclera on her site so we got chatting and decided to do a collaboration with my version of the teeth and her sclera as well as one with the EA sclera. (The images are marked to show which versions are being shown)

As with the veneers, thanks to Moonskin93 for the original idea (and part of the lower teeth and gums :) )! I really hope that you enjoy these and a game free of gummy EA teeth! The teeth are for all ages (including toddlers…I might eventually repaint some toddler sized teeth but it’s not that noticeable) and for both male and female sims! You can only have one version in your game and if you have other default eyes with attached teeth or sclera, they may not work. They should work with any eye default that doesn’t have an attached sclera or teeth though. If you want to combine them with your preferred eyes then feel free but a credit and a heads up would be lovely <3 tl;dr - The teeth are separate from default eyes but may conflict if your default eyes come with default sclera and teeth x

*Only use the No Sclera version if you find that your defaults have one in place.

I’m surprised no one’s made these already. At least, I don’t think anyone has!  These are fully recolourable (3 channels) jumpers for male and female young adult / adult sims in 7 variations- Dork, Dweeb, Jerk, Loser, Jock, Geek & Nerd. I did almost call them insult sweaters but I guess they don’t count as insults when you’re wearing them loud and proud on your chest :) The meshes are from the wonderful Sentate & All About Style. The text on the female jumper is smaller than that on the male one, because it started to look distorted when I made it larger.  The .zip file contains both jumpers in .sims3pack & .package formats :) Sweaters are modeled by my lovely Yesi & Lula.

Re-release Suburban Townhouse V01 NO CC

This is a lot I posted a long time ago at TSR and the ts3 Exchange. I haven’t really modified it much besides fixing up ground textures and the brick pattern. But in my grumpy mood even then the ground textures wouldn’t apply properly around walls and doors and things.

Note:

For those of you who downloaded before I updated the file, the lot size is 32x20 (It’s from Martine’s world). The updated ones are 30x20 like they should be. I didn’t check the lot properly when I put it done to edit it. Sigh.

UPDATE:

Davidmont requested my lot in 3x3 lot size, so I thought I would also add it here for everyone else. The terrain paint wouldn’t layer properly around the garden beds, so I changed it to a different shaded grass. There’s a shed to the back left of the property (or right whichever way you’re looking from), with some beehives and a chemistry table. There’s a kennel in the backyard which has been expanded and more garden added to and a seat which my cat likes to hide under. The den next to the master bedroom has been changed to a cat’s bed and keyboard, but you can change that to suit you.
