Hello there Simmers, I have a tiny question!

Wow. It’s been 3 years. I’ve been so busy trying to be an adult (and then have a breakdown and fall into the deep pits of quarter life crisis) that I forgot all about my simblr. And I see that most of you are still simming like there’s no tomorrow! Which is a super nice thing to see that cheered me up a little bit. Especially seeing that Sims 2 is still very much popular among simmers. <3

I have a question and I would be so happy if simmers would pass it along and give me some ideas. To cut the long story short I’ll just ask:

HOW ARE YOU GUYS MAKING MONEY?

I am currently unemployed and I want to play Sims so much but at the same time I have to pay my rents. How am I supposed to do that? Are you guys especially Sims 2 players getting donations, if not how are you guys surviving especially people who are above 25 and who don’t have rich parents/husbands? Lmao. Can you guys enlighten me?

Harvestable mushroom set, cloned from this object by joninmobile/TheNinthWave, which is based on this one by Echo (I think?). Sims can harvest them for money or to stock the fridge. They don’t work like the harvestable plants from Seasons, they are base game compatible. You need the harvest basket by Echo, I haven’t included it. Get it here. The meshes and textures are from TS3 Supernatural, but I don’t have it installed, so I got them from this conversion by Delonariel and edited them a bit. They have a dead state texture, not sure how much I succeeded at that. The prices match the TS3 ones. Collection files included.

It’s probably not wise for me to start with hacked objects, but I tested these and everything seems to be working okay. So apologies if something goes wrong. I recommend backing up your saved game before installing these, just as a disclaimer. Of course if you find any errors please tell me and I’ll try my best to fix them. Have fun!

So, this has taken rather a long time (this should now be named a 233 followers gift!), but between working manic hours and trying to prep everything for Christmas, I managed to find some time to squeeze in some simming! And here you are…

11 Rowhouses for download!

All are inspired by my recent visit to London and the varying architecture I saw there, I battled with boolprop, wrangled with the lot adjuster and even managed to remember how to make a basement garage.

They will require Apartment Life, (and I can’t remember if the roof windows came with AL or M&G, so they may need Mansion and Garden Stuff as well, so I apologise if that’s the case), so use Clean Installer to chuck out anything you don’t want!

They have been designed to be the same size and shape so you can put them neatly in a row and make custom streets in the design of your choosing! London Street, Terrace and Way all have a Left House, Middle House and a Right House, where as London Road only has a Left House and a Right House. So, as long as you put a right and a left on the ends, you can have as many middle ones as you want and they’ll link up! Where and how you place them is up to you!

Theres a few things you will need for them to work (chances are, if you’ve already downloaded one of my rowhouses, youll have them already!), but here’s the list:
