No More Bad Clothing for Townies

UPDATE: 07/21/2025 ADDED ENCHANTED BY NATURE, FIXED COTTAGE LIVING, & UPDATED BASEGAME. PLEASE REDOWNLOAD!

So in my game my townies like to spawn in the ugliest outfits, or outfits that don’t fit them at all. All my townies like to show up in City Living outfits and Vampires outfits. And EVERY SINGLE ONE likes to wear this really hideous eyeball ring from the basegame, along with a fedora or the star glasses. This mod disables these clothes from showing up on townies.This only affects NEWLY SPAWNED townies, not preexisting ones, so keep that in mind.

This is NOT a hider for these clothes, it will still show up in CAS so you can decide which sims will wear these outfits. This mod also does not give the townies good fashion sense. They will still probably generate in random outfits. There is no surefire way to stop this unless you stop every outfit for random, but then what would townies wear?

There are separate downloads here, choose which ones you need, as you don’t have to download all of them.

I see a lot of people posting about SFS when its overwhelmed and slow snd although I don’t have issues with it - I get it BUT

It’s an awesome site and a great FREE resource. I love it and am glad we have it. People act like there aren’t humans behind this that have NO reason to provide us with this AMAZING resource. You can’t sh-t on people and expect them to stay.

Anyway I believe most users love them and I don’t want the loud minority to ruin it for us all so please show #SimsFileshare love every now and then mkay.

I just wanted to thank you for the neck scar cc, now my sims can look like me.

this is such a heartwarming ask to me. I made those in mind for someone who asked me to make them for their scar they had. It was one of my first cc's that I attempted from scratch years ago, and not just recolors/mods. I'm honestly really happy people are still getting use out of them, even if they're a little rough (but hey that's scars!). My little emotional rambling aside, I'm happy you see yourself represented in my cc. <3
