Some of the pain are just the response to our emotional baggages that we have been carrying in a long time. Remember sometimes when the spirit is suffering the body may suffer too. It is important to dig deep in the course of pain before you even medicate yourself. For example when you are stress , worried or trying to deal with loss you are likely to feel pressure in the head, suddenly feel body pain and headaches. When you haven't deal with dealt with trauma or emotional pain directly they can sometimes course a long-term pain until you deal with it the right way. To avoid this sometimes we need to learn to talk about our experiences with professionals or people we trust so you can get it out in your head. Another thing learn to forgive and release anger whenever we are wronged. Don't force to forget but each an everyday try to find ways to forgive so you can open space in your heart to accept situations.
