i can make vegetables taste good. beans and fish and pickles too. fruit, meat, potatoes, rice, pasta, bread, dairy, who can't make those taste good. i love soy sauce and edamame both in soup and as a crunchy snack. i can even find a few uses for peanuts, my beloathed. but i cannot for the life of me find a way to like tofu and it's driving me insane. i WANT to like it SO BAD. but it just always tastes off to me 😭
