♡ make a list of all your favorite nicknames to be called and rate them

♡ annotate them [example: „my love - only when the mood is right” etc.]

♡ for your favorite(s), write down how they feel like/make u feel like [example: „like milk and honey”, „like a silk robe after a bubble bath”, „like a balm for my heart”]

optional additions:

guide to make ur own beauty spell with just 3 ingredients ♡

Ingredients ♥︎:

for the spell itself:

♡ clean water

♡ rose quartz

♡ fresh rose petals

other:

♡ glass jar/bottle

♡ sticky note/paper and tape

♡ a pen

♡ spray bottle (can be glass or plastic)

♡ the moon

how to make ♥︎:

♡ during a full moon, take a glass jar or bottle and pour clean water in it.

♡ write on a piece of paper/sticky note an affirmation (that’s ur intention), for example: „i am angelic beauty”, „i am the most beautiful person in the universe”, „i look like a goddess” or specific features like „i have my dream nose”, „my skin is clear and glowing”, „my lips are plump and perfectly shaped”, „i have the smallest waist” - it can be truly anything u desire.

♡ stick the note on ur dish with the clean water and set it outside under the moonshine, bring it back inside before sunrise

♡ into a spray bottle, put the rose quartz crystal and rose petals and pour the water in it

♡ spray the water on ur face whenever u feel like it, use it on ur makeup sponge/makeup brushes, or spray it on the body part u set the intention for <3

additional info ♥︎:

♡ the rose petals can be any color - but i recommend pink (for more of a soft beauty), red (for more intense/dark feminine beauty) or white (universal)

♡ a full moon is ideal, but it can be any moon phase - although the more of the moon visible the better. (i don’t recommend a new moon since the moon isn’t visible at all then)

♡ the paper and pen can be any color - but it goes similarly as for the rose petal colors and their symbolism

♡ it can be any spray bottle, wether it’s after perfume or a self care product, or a specifically empty one bought for this (just make sure to clean it first)

♡ feel free to cleanse it with incense if u have it, but it isn’t a necessity step

♡ feel free to decorate the spray bottle in any way u like - rhinestones, lace, silk fabric, cute stickers, an affirmation, etc etc

important note ♥︎:

this practice is for anyone, wether it’s ur first spell or ur tenth.

it is completely safe, essentially it’s just manifesting but with a tool - just like scripting, affirming etc.

it doesn’t contradict with religious beliefs or not-beliefs, as long as u r comfortable with doing it! enjoy ♡

♡ appetizers : things that take no longer than 15min to do and will cheer u up and put u into better spirit before a task/activity that takes longer

♡ main course : activities/tasks that u enjoy and take longer to do, but at the same time lean toward being productive/helpful aswell

♡ side dishes : items/sceneries that make other tasks (like homework, cleaning) more enjoyable, like music, drinks, an organized space, comfy clothes etc.

♡ desserts : activities that aren’t necessarily productive but u still enjoy, like a guilty pleasure :>

♡ specials : events / activities that happen rarely but u love

♡ starting a new journal for summer (a guide) ♡

♡ your name and date of start - feel free to use a nickname / alterego name for the version you want to become this summer, a name that suits for this era of yours. i personally used my real name, but making one up could also be fun

♡ a list of things you’d like to do this summer - for example starting a hobby, visiting certain places, experimenting with your appereance… truly anything

♡ a list of your non-negotiable rules for this summer - for example going outside for 10 minutes everyday, mentioning 3 things you’re greatful for everyday, trying to choose kindness everyday, not fake laughing when something isn’t funny… anything, try to set a gentle boundary. (i personally would not put something like „10 step skincare routine every morning & night” if u are a person struggling with hygiene, or „working out 1hour everyday” if you haven’t worked out in a year. try to make it doable and gradually build up to your goal, don’t pressure yourself to go from 0 to 100 pls, be gentle, and think of what you’d recommend a friend in your shoes. everyone started from somewhere and no-one was immidieatly ‚perfect’. everything takes it’s time.)

♡ what energy would i like to step into this summer / who do i want to become this summer? - for example to be calmer, softer, or more confident, bolder…

♡ this summer i want to learn… - for example to be more present, be more loving, more patient with yourself, kinder to yourself or others, to set healthy boundaries…
