Unfortunately, we were unable to meet our fundraising goal, so the production of The Rainbow Review is temporarily on hold while we explore other funding and startup options. The Kickstarter for our new big project is live! We are working on an LGBT+ inclusive literary and art journal that will feature fiction, poetry, essays, photography, art, and anything in printable format from a variety of writers and artists. With discrimination still a huge problem in the publishing industry, we want to offer a platform to writers and artists of LGBT+ works who have been silenced and celebrate their amazing work. A portion of all the profits will be used to advocate for LGBT+ rights and awareness, and to donate LGBT+ books to libraries to make them more accessible. We want to offer a platform to writers and artists of LGBT+ works who have been silenced by the discriminatory practices of many publishers. The Rainbow Review will feature fiction, poetry, essays, photography, art, and anything in printable format from a variety of writers and artists. The cover was a collaboration by Michelle Ropp and Leah Spaulding, and we are so excited to share it with all of you!
