So I’ve been looking for a Journal app that would let me track things like anxiety, maladaptive daydreaming, and depression but I wasn’t finding much luck. Then, I remembered an app I used to use called Daylio. So I redownloaded it and wow has it gotten an upgrade! I realized that I could use it as not only a mental health tracker but also a gender tracker! So I thought I’d share and show you all how I use the app :)

First it lets you log your mood for the day (and you can customize the moods).

Then, you can choose what activities you did that day. You can customize all your activities and you can add as many as you like. I customized mine so that it resembled a mental health tracker! I even added groups for me to track my gender and pronouns!

You can also add notes and photos to your log. After you finish, it shows your log on your entries page. You can also head over to the stats section where it tells you what moods you experience most often, and what “activities” are most often paired with that mood. Pretty handy!

It’s super simple to use and really nice looking as well. You can even customize your color scheme for the app. Just thought I’d share in hopes that this helps someone!
