They appear to be similar visually to a few aquatic life forms on your planet. 

But outwards appearances are all they share in common with one another.

That is all my databases can tell me at this moment.

So - like whales and fish and stuff?

Huh. That's definitely new.

My reading tell me that this planet has unusually high amounts of oxygen and helium in it’s atmosphere. 

There are also small groups of intelligent life forms scattered across it’s surface.

That sounds pretty interesting. What kind of life forms? Can you tell?
