You actually don't wanna know how many pulls I had to do to get this one.
Last year I got the chance to start working with Null Signal Games as a card illustrator for Netrunner. Last Month the new set, Vantage Point, launched that featured my first 3 cards for the game, Touchstone, Sacrifice Zone Expansion and Little Tailor. I'm really excited to get to work on the game and I'm already busy working on the next set. NSG are great to work with and I'm pumped have more of my stuff hit the shelves.
Section header illustration for Realis.
In combat. A duel in the saprophyte hatchery, once a burial moon for the saints of the See, long past.

Mountebank. Ephemeralist. Quintessent. Thaumaturge. Juggernaut.
Ephemeralist. Done for Realis.
15 impedimentia, 3 worn, 3 fingers, 3 realizations. Each coin a moon, with a single blue gem at their center.
Miracle. The scar of the Bontive Valley. The final Palisade post card is a collaboration between myself and Conner Fawcett. We traded sketches back and forth to land on the comp. I painted the environment, Conner did the ships, the finishing touches, the typography etc.
If you're curious about our history of collaboration and how we broke this piece down, I have it written up on Patreon.
The fifth postcard I did for Palisade, and the final one I was the sole artist for was creating this posed candid military photo for a propagandistic military biography of Lucia Whitestar and her flagship, Lander 1.
I'm not confident in my abilities when imitating realism, or drawing architectural environments or designing ships, or making people look realistic, so this one was a pretty huge struggle for me. I wrote a bit about how I tackled parts of this on my Patreon.
Some of the most fun I had with making the postcards for Palisade was coming up with this fake medieval calendar with Jack. This is The Paint Shop/The Adagio doing a cultural/historical revision to tie the Fabreal Duchy into the Divine Principality further and make it seem like they were always culturally part of it. I got to then fill all of the blank space with fucked up guys.
Coming back with yet another Palisade Post Card for Friends At The Table. My 3rd card of 6 was centered on The Figure in Concrete & The Broken Spoke, framed as one of many Alise Breka novels. The pulp novel framing, here, was designed by Conner Fawcett, and was used on most of their cards for this series. Because of the way things worked out with folks' schedules and such, this is the only card I did of a protagonist vehicle. You can read about my process on Patreon for the dollar tier.
The second of the postcards I did for Friends at the Table for Palisade. Once again this is the cover for an in-fiction propaganda book-on-tape, this time for The Frontier Syndicate and their grunt suit, The Alter. We wanted it to be a Randian Fountainhead-type aggrandizing piece about Exenchester March and City City and went with this art deco type aesthetic. Again, you can read more about my process on Patreon.
Got the go-ahead to share the postcard work I did on Palisade. This was the first of several in-fiction books-on-tape of propaganda for the enemy factions. This one based off of Stel Nideo/The Divine Crusade, and the Gentian's Swordbearers with their mechs, the Billhooks. You can find some bts and process stuff at the $1-tier on my Patreon.
Some select favourites from my project Building Mirrors//Setting Fires. Did you know I released the whole series as a downloadable PDF that is all nicely formatted with selected writing from the show and nice watermarks and stuff? You can get that here for free.
