Daily Drawings day... Oops
Daily Drawings day 3 - Grease. (Don't look at today's date I'm catching up!)
Maria enjoys a slice of pepperoni pizza.
Day 2 - Crush
Featuring my OC Barrog, Dragon Magus of Dreams, who has misplaced the Kobold Pilgrim visiting her.
Been returning to posting art more often on my Bluesky, So I figured that I'd dust off my Tumblr account too. Here's Day 1 of a daily drawing challenge I've been working on.
Day 1 - Bloat.
Featuring my Fursona, Scruff and his girlfriend Maria.
One last monster tamer, a veteran of the Monstriders of the Feral Realms, Mentor and commander to the previously posted tamers. General Hallgrim Sieghelm and her acid spitting wyvern Avernus.
Here are some more monster tamers and their monsters.
The first is Erman Landry and his monster, the froglike Savate. Savate is teaching Erman in the ways of unarmed combat, though Erman is finding the lessons of inner peace and graciousness in defeat much harder. Second is Kaga, shamanic prodigy and his prisoner, the trickster spirit Mikasi. Mikasi is a monster with considerable power, who Kaga somehow managed to trick into a deal that forces her to do as he says and constrains her power and form. The third and final is Visellia Marcipor a paladin of the order of Fulminus, the spirit of divine lightning. Eager to take part in history shaking battles, Visellia punches highly above her weight, attracting to the attention of the watchful ophanim Ambriel who uses their golden shields to protect Visellia from harm.
Four non-player characters for my RPG (It’s a medieval(ish) monster taming game). Here are two neophyte members of the monster taming guild, and their respective monsters. The first is Dannar Ashi, an eager adventure boy, He’s an archer and survivalist who’s always eager to see new places and fight new opponents. His monster is Baaz, a rainbow patterned falcon that harasses Dannar’s targets with its figuratively blinding speed and its literally blinding blasts of light. Baaz is a little more reserved than Dannar but they hold each other in high regard as friends. Dannar joined the guild at Baaz’ suggestion to get more opportunities to find adventure, Baaz hoping that his friend will learn a little restraint and responsibility along the way. The second is Sophie Ostberg, bard and diabolist. Although usually lacking in confidence, Sophie shows her true strength of character in times of desperation. Sophie bound the demon Sidrohm into a blood pact. This monster is a hulking abomination of fire and death. Unlike most monster tamers, Sophie is terrified of her monster, knowing that the moment the pact magic falters Sidrohm would not hesitate in violently killing her, or worse. She strives to become strong enough to keep Sidrohm under her control or be able to fight him off should the pact fail.
Some sketches of another monster species for the unnamed RPG setting. Kikiyaga (Based off of Kikimory, the Baba Yaga and various other witch/hag/crone myths) are quite the mixed bag of mischief and malice. A home visited by a Kikiyaga could find that their floors have been cleaned, a nice scarf has been knitted and left on the kitchen table and all the spices in the cupboard have been alphabetized, they may find each of their left socks have gone missing, all of their bags and packets of food have a hole in the bottom and all the kitchen furniture has been turned upside down, or they find that they all had horrible nightmares, the pet cat died in the night and the eldest child has been kidnapped. Any of these possibilities are equally as likely as each other, such are the whims of Kikiyaga. They can be found in secluded cottages deep in the woods where they brew potions and weave magic, or they might make residence in a hidey hole in a human household. If found in a home alongside hobbrons, Kikiyaga often act as ringleaders and quickly turn the hobbrons to more sinister errands. Kikiyaga are inherintly magical, and can shrink to up to one tenth of their normal size (around six inches or so) some also learn to turn themselves invisible, or move without a sound, command fire, speak to animals, teleport, or send messages to sleeping creatures via their dreams.
So ARMS is looking pretty cool, can’t wait to play in the global Testpunch
Made with Windsor and Newton pigment markers (though unfortunately I didn’t have a good one to match spring man’s skin tone)
Here’s artwork, some house sprites for a tabletop RPG Setting I’m working on. These Hobbrons are an aggregate of various myths for tiny helpful house spirits including hobs and brownies (where their name comes from) plus boggles, bogarts, pucas and all sorts of others. They stand only a couple of inches tall and have a mouselike appearance. They’re quick and can communicate silently with one another over great distances (at least, great distances by their scale). A human’s household could have anywhere from a small family of six to a colony of over 100 hobbrons (Though the humans will likely never notice their tiny guests.) Hobbrons are hardworking and often practice a variety of crafts to help make their lives easier. Some even learn simple hearth magic to banish dirt, repair small items or boost the productivity of their peers.
AAAAAAAAAAAARGH I RETUUUUUURN, Here’s Maria in Marker Pens, her design has been more solidified since last time. My new years resolution was to get more of my art online so midway through May is a good time to get on that. We’ll see how long that lasts. Made with Windsor and Newton pigment markers
Robutt
Had a sudden hankering to draw a big-butt dragon gal, so enjoy.
“I’m just an adorable little homemaker” Fanart of Morbi’s Poppy O’Possum, from the fantasy comic of the same name.
Snorunt, the Snow Hat Pokémon Glalie, the Face Pokémon Froslass the Snow Land Pokémon I was trying to envision how snorunt’s family might work realistically, and came to the conclusion that snorunt must have really long hair on its arms, which makes sense for froslass too, but glalie doesn’t have arms, I felt it seemed a little out of place being the only member of the family without limbs of any kind, so I gave it some arms that ended up looking less vestigial than I intended.
Snorunt’s is quite the odd little evolutionary family, each member has parts in common with eachother, but they’re not that similar on the whole. When all three are together, one of them tends to look like it doesn't belong.
Doppio Misadventures Here’s a little jojo doodle comic featuring the best subordinate in the world
It was probably high time I actually lived up to my claims of raccoon art.
meet Maria my oldest OC, though most of my friends and family members refer to her as “that fat raccoon” she’s been through a lot of designs in all the time since her initial inception, though her striped hair is the most recent addition.
