make sure you're rooms all nice so you don't have to deal with a mess tomorrow morning!!
toss out any wrappers, cans, gather any dishes or plates around
toys and/or video games too!

if you haven't had dinner, make sure you do
some small snack ideas can be a yogurt, some gold fish, a granola bar, nuts, crackers, etc!

this includes showering/bathing, brushing your teeth, hair, doing skincare if you do that, nd etc!
if you don't do skincare, try least washing your face, its good for you!
struggle brushing your teeth? its okay! me too! you can try lil tricks like listening to a song, watching a video, or fidgeting with something in your free hand!
don't forget to floss! nd if you struggle with that too, you can buy floss picks nd just do it in bed

after you wash up, getting into your favorite cozy pajamas is also nice, so lets do that!
all cozy n comfy? grab a stuffed animal too! you're never to old for them!

fairy lights, tv show to calm you down, whatever works best for you!
if you're still not tired or just have a bit of energy left, lets try doing an off screen activity!! for example reading, coloring, building legos, or try making some origami! thats something i did a lot!

into bed, we cant stay up to late!! you need your sleep!
if you're struggling, try counting sheep but replacing sheep with your favorite animal! or falling asleep to a tv show as background noise!
