Summer is in full swing, but before we know it it'll be autumn and then winter, and along the with seasons the weather will change as well, so this week weather will be the theme. So join me for an evening of art, stories, the D&D report, and a great chat community.

On the 24th of June Venezuela was racked by two devastating earthquakes. This weekend we'll be raising money for the Doctors Without Borders for Venezuelan Quake Relief down there. Here's a link if you want to donate. Link

Whatever you may think of the current political situation the fact is that ordinary folks are suffering, and this weekend we'll be doing what we can to help those who have been caught up in this disaster.

Well as I working on the Wonder Rarity piece I had this image of Sweetie Belle cosplaying Gwen Stacy from the Spider Verse universe. Link She nailed the outfit but still needs to work out the web shooters.

I will be taking this piece to Everfree Northwest Link and will have it for sale in the vendor hall.

Rosemary opened her eyes and stopped slowly swaying to the music coming from the booth's music system. In one gracefully movement the skunk moved her left arm from behind her head and carefully grasped the tied strings to the gold metallic bikini top that she'd been holding between her teeth. Not spilling the bikini top's contents she smiled at the male wolf who was staring intently at her.

“Oh. Hello. Can I help you? Are you looking to buy tickets for tonight's Hot Cars, Hot Girls. Swimsuit an Lingerie Show tonight?”

“Show? Tickets?” The wolf said with a confused look on face, as Rosemary once again started slowly swaying in time to the music.

“Oh yes! Tonight at 9pm myself and some of the girls from the other booths will be hosting a swimsuit and lingerie and meet-and-greet in the main stage area, but you need to buy a ticket. They're only $100.00, but there's a limited number of tickets.”

The skunk looked up and over at one of the two large, male brown bears that were standing on either side of her as part of the booth security. Still swaying to the music she asked one to her left.

“Hey Umber, There's still tickets available for tonight's show?”

The brown bear was easily a head and a half taller than the skunk. With his arms crossed he looked down at her and scowled. Arching an eyebrow he spoke.

“Yeah, but they're selling out quickly. Looks like there will be a lot of folks showing up to meet you and the other girls tonight.”

Rosemary turned her head and looked the wolf with her bright leaf green eyes while giving him a sweet little smile.

“So if want see me and the other booth girls tonight. You can buy tickets here at the booth. Oh! And Ultra Slick Engine Degreaser and Cleaner has posters and calendars with me and the other Ultra Slick Girls, so if you want buy something to remind you of your visit to the San Jose Car Expo you can get those and the tickets at the merchandise table in the left corner of the booth!”

The wolf watched Rosemary danced in place for a few more seconds. Then robotically turned and walked over to the merchandise table. The bear watched the wolf walk away then he looked back at the skunk and grinned at her.

“Girl. You are one ruthless, controlling little imp! You had him eating out of your hand!”

Rosemary looked up at the bear and gave him a smoldering grin. “Yep! I get 5 percent of all merch sold online and 8 percents at shows, and myself and all the girls at the meet-and-greet get 50 percent of the ticket sales divided amongst us. So I'm just here dancing and padding out my paycheck.”

Then she placed the bikini strings between her teeth again, closed her eyes, and once again started slowly swaying to the music.

A Patreon reward for Tibo and this is the story that popped into my head as I was working on the piece. My muse Rosemary Parker has over the decades has modeled for numerous automobile companies and auto parts and cleaning products. So she's vet of this kind of work.

When I created the image of Princess Luna as Bayonetta Link I included as a fun little element of Rarity dressed as Wonder Woman assessing the success of her labors, and how the crowd was responding to Luna's costume.

Well last night I had a little stand alone Anthro MLP dream in which myself, Petina, and Carousel attended the con ourselves. At one point Petina got a chance to take Rarity aside and fill the unicorn in on bit more of the character's background and abilities. Including the Golden Lasso.

With this newfound knowledge Rarity just couldn't help teasing her longtime friend Applejack. However at that moment Rarity forgot that AJ's marefriend Autumn Blaze can be a wee bit overly protective of her mare at times. Fortunately things got ironed out before collateral damage occurred.

Spike was, well, um, Spike. He was attending as Jimmy Olsen.

Luna leaped into the air and did a long, elegant, midair twirl before landing in a dramatic pose , much to the enjoyment of the fans gathered in the main foyer of the convention center. They showed their appreciation of her performance by taking a flurry of photos. Most undoubtedly destined to social media.

In amongst the crowd of appreciative fans Rarity and Twilight watched the spectacle unfold. With a critical eye the fashionista judge the fruits of her labors and princess's cosplay performance.

"Well, it's not exactly canon, but she seems to like it." The unicorn looked around at the fans gathered around the fans eagerly talking to her highness.

"And they seem to like it as well. So I guess a win on both counts."

Twilight made a nonverbal squeaking sounds.

A patron reward for J. McDermott. He saw the Celestia cosplay piece Link and liked the idea mentioned in that posting of Luna going as Bayonetta. In this case her outfit is a fusion of a couple from Bayonetta 2.

I would've posted this is sooner if it hadn't been for technology issues. Later today I got a chance to watch the pilot for Gameoverse Link and the world has catgirls.

So I decided to take a stab at drawing Kit the catgirl, and I decided to stay as close as possible to the show style. Complete with square irises in the eye.
