DIY Indie Book Birthday for   ++ THIS LOVE IS LEGENDARY ++ THIS LOVE IS LEGENDARY — POETICS CORVALLIS (Interzone, 2014) The Poetics Corvallis Anthology THIS LOVE IS LEGENDARY turns 6 this month, finally edited and put to bed NOVEMBER 7 2014. I did the cover, the pages, and the binding. The collective of writers at Poetics did the selections and edited themselves. Finished, printed, and bound at the Millar Library on campus at Portland State University before driving to the Book Celebration at Poetics Corvallis at First Friday Poetics Reading & Open Mic on November 7 2014. Jimbo Ivy was the first host of Poetics Corvallis in 2009, at Cloud Davidson's Cloud 9 bar on the waterfront in Downtown Corvallis, Oregon, so it is also the birthday of Poetics as well. I (found the PDFs of the anthology that all of us at Poetics Corvallis made together and here they are for you all to enjoy.

The title page was full color and bound with a vellum cover, we only printed about 50 (25 with the vellum cover, 25 on laser paper stock) and I think I have the last remaining printed copy.  If you want the print layout to make your own by hand, email me at [email protected] and I'll send you the PDFs

They were sold at The Interzone, our home coffee shop and the fourth or fifth venue for Poetics, which technically makes William McCanless our publisher.

Pushing the Drupal cache to load up on pages to reduce load time via OSX Terminal wget --spider -r wget compiled via homebrew Tested on Parallels running Windows 8, Internet Explorer 10 was the target web browser. Also tested in Chrome and Firefox on OS X Yosemite.

XMind Document reflecting the conversion and streamlining of a previously branch-aware online computer-based training with a table of contents on each training that allowed users to select and complete each section independently of the other as desired into a Learning Management System stage-style curriculum where users complete each section before continuing. Nine separate sections developed and uploaded to State of Oregon Department of Human Services custom built Meridian Learning Management System and packaged as a comprehensive online curriculum.
