Today I decided to do my regular walk to Walmart and GameStop, before leaving the house I decided to grab my coat since its getting cooler out. As I was putting on my coat I noticed I had left something in one of the pockets. When I reached in I was shockingly scared but also excited to what I felt. Yesterday I went out to eat with my family at a Chinese Buffet but when we left I took an egg roll and I put it my coat pocket. So now Iām here wondering, should I throw it away or keep it and nuke it when I get back home. I chose the obvious answer, I kept it and nuked it when got back home and it tasted no different than it did 27 hours ago.

I had made the cover of @cosplayculturemag and @therealstanlee decided to surprise me by coming to the cover reveal. He wanted to see what the cover looked like and give his stamp of approval in the only way Stan would. Laughter as usual, ensued. Thank you for gifting me with this wonderful memory.
Stan, today would have been your 96th birthday. You always knew how to light up any room you walked into and how to turn a negative into a positive. You created a world that taught us to embrace the things that make us different, the things that make us unique. You taught us that anyone can be a hero. You also showed us how villains can end up the way that they are and why they are broken people. You showed us what it means to show empathy through your storytelling. You gave me what I have today and have shaped me into who I am. Iām thankful for the life advice and knowledge you have directly given to me through our conversations and is something I will cherish forever.
I miss you so much. I still canāt believe that youāre gone. I am glad you are at least with Joanie though. One can only wish to have a love as never ending as yours. You showed me that true love is out there and if two people are willing to work hard on it, and compromise, love never fails. Thank you my dear friend.

I feel numb. I feel dead inside. This all feels like a crazy dream that Iām going to wake up from. But it isnāt. Its reality. Today the grandfather of comics, a legend, and a friend passed on from this earth. Stan Lee was a giant amongst us meer mortals. He was filled with so much excitement and happiness. Stan was a shining beacon of light in the the darkest of times for us. We didnāt deserve him.
I am thankful to have been honoured enough to travel the world with you, share meals, and be privy to your incredible stories of you and Joanie. What I hold dear is when you decided to nickname me āQuick Changeā, after constantly seeing me in various outfits (from costume to casual to dressed up) as the day would progress. I have so many stories of our travels together with our group that I will forever cherish.
You were the shining example of what it could be like to have a solid marriage, be successful, yet humble. Yes, you constantly joked around, but at the end of the day, you were always in disbelief as to why people followed you; why you had fans. From artists, to writers, actors, directors, cosplayers, and everything in between, you are the reason why so many started their careers. Your stories and the simplicites and intricacies that are the human condition were penned by you so beautifully, all walks of life could connect with what you put on paper. You inspired us all. We thank you for the breath of life you gave us, and in turn, we will make sure to stay true to the legacy you have entrusted us. You will forever live on within the pages of your greatest creations. In your words, āI guess one person can make a differenceā. And you did. You really did.
