Does anyone else with ADHD get "Jello-Phases"?
Like just time phases were everything feels like it's going so slow and boring, like your're caught inside a cup of jello and you feel like you can hardly move?
Like this boredness exhausts you so much that even very simple tasks seem even harder and more boring than usual? Like just brushing your teeths?
But like usually it goes away after like a week.
Anyways, i'm confused...
I get this all the time, I normally just call it burn out but I like jello phase better, but Iâve found that the best thing to do is to just sit down and do whatever is looming over you. Or if youâre just fatigued, get in a little extra sleep. Give yourself a reward for taking care of yourself or make it a game
see you do things that i expect to hear from professionals, i tell myself that hatsune miku would disapprove and then i start speaking quietly out loud with my best hatsune miku voice and it works
ArâŠ. sometimes (scratch that) you worry me, constantly.. all of the time⊠I worry that I will turn the corner and I will just see your looming figure⊠standing there⊠ready to bombard me with your newest crack thought that developed in thatâŠ.. veryâŠvery⊠concerning⊠brain of yours /hj
