As somebody who was underweight as a teenager due to medical issues I feel surreal how little people know about the side effects of being underweight for a long time. Your body will eat itself, your joints will be fucked, your bone density will go to hell and the brain fog sucks.

If skinny culture insist you have to diet/take weight loss drugs consistently to stay at your desired weight you should wonder if your body is trying to tell you something.
