So, Aziraphale and Crowley as angel and demon didn’t get a happy ending. And I think most of us aren’t happy with that, but you know what? I don’t think it was ever possible for them. In their world and reality, they’re an angel and a demon and they could never be freely together. I think they knew that.

Besides, they gave up any possible happy ending that maybe could’ve happened so humans could have a chance. A free will. It’s so devastating but so terribly in character for both of them that I can’t even be mad about it.

And the idea that even though they don’t remember those thousands of years spent together, yet still find each other in a different world and fall in love? That’s really beautiful in my opinion.

All I could wish for them is so they could have some happy in love time as angel and demon, but I wouldn’t change the ending at all. Because they would never be truly happy having to hide from heaven and hell or knowing they gave up humanity for their love.

I understand being a little unsatisfied with the ending, thinking it was rushed or just wanting to have seen more happy love time from them as immortal beings (like I wanted) but I will never understand fully hating it. If you do, I just think you didn’t get the point of it all. Because it was amazing and I think that’s what Crowley and Aziraphale wanted for themselves, and in a way they got it.

Thank you for coming to my rant, I just can’t get over them.
