"Well, not much, I just got here. All I've done is unpack."

"No I just, wanted to see you. I didn't see you all break."

"I’m sorry, kid."

She shrugged. "It's fine."

"What did you do, kid?"

"Not much. Stayed home with my family, we did a few family get-togethers. It wasn't the most interesting break."

"Filled with sleep, booze, and hunting… so… heaven."

Jane laughed slightly. "Alright, good."

"Okay then, well how was your time off?"

"Why the pause? Why are you acting awkward? I promise I am not a ghost."

He looked at her. “Hi, Jane. How was your time off?”

"Uh, it was... good."

Jane heard a familiar voice behind her. She turned around and saw Chief, a smile spreading across her face. "Chief..."
