Sometimes i wonder if I have a hypermobile disorder bc of how much joint pain i have and how bendy my ankles are (my wrists slightly). If i stand too long in one place my back with hurt for the next couple days and i usually have to stretch and pop my hips or they get sore. If i bend over and stand back up too many times i'll get lightheaded and feel like im gonna faint or throw up etc. But like idk if its just bc im fat? And so i look up hypermobile disorders and usually its a HEDS infograph that talks about one of the biggest flags in addition to hypermobility is various tummy troubles so I'm like, well that's not me, im pretty normal in that route.
And then i went to take my tums that i keep on hand for the horrible heart burn that happened bc i was too reclined only a couple hours after eating. Does that count as tummy troubles?
Also i was told when i asked a doctor (family friend, not my pcp) that only people woth "a certain build" (while clearly trying to avoid calling me too fat) can have it.
Is any of that true? Or is there another hypermobility disorder? Bc like elbows dont usually overextend, and my shoulders dont do the overextension thingy but my ankles, hands and fingers bend too much and my neck can do the thing where if i look up, i can hold a piece of paper in the back of my neck.
