@slimmingworld-jess I cut the potatoes in half then cut each half into 3 from the centre.. My wedges were rubbish to start off with but after a while you get the hang of it 👍🏻

Just can't believe that in around a year and a half I'm 16stn lighter.. I never thought back then I would be where I am now.. Never stop trying!!
