THERE’S A SETTING THAT DOES THIS?!?!?!?

Well, apparently there is one that does take care of the problem I had, at least (image posts taking like 10m to load). Chrome has a setting in “Advanced Settings” that is called “ Use a prediction service to load pages more quickly “.

That is apparently supposed to make things faster, but actually slowed Tumblr down like hell for me. Turning it off solved the problem (it seems).

oh wow.

i think a simple one-setting change in Google Chrome has fixed my “tumblr is slow af” problem. my internet is still somewhat shitty at times, but apparently that wasn’t the reason for slow bitchy tumblr...

so, as long as i do have internet at all, i should be able to just be on here normally.
