Must have under 10k listeners on Spotify if available on Spotify.

Bands who are exclusively on Bandcamp or alternative streaming services are welcome.

State the genre and the language the song is sung in. If you don't know the language, that is OK!

Multiple songs from one band can be shared but they will be spaced out for diversity purposes.

is the under 10k listeners for the artist or the song itself? i know of an artist with 48 monthly listeners but the song i wanted to submit is just over 10,000 😔

Artist! This is because streaming services tend to count total listeners, which over years, could accumulate to 10k, whereas aggregate monthly gives you an idea of how well known the band is.

also quastion. do song submissions go here in the inbox, or in the submit tab?

both are fine. people have been using the inbox though

i have a request/suggestion. could you, where possible, include links to multiple places one can find the song? 1) for people who don't use spotify, and 2) because the spotify embed has no volume control in it, and clicking the link to listen on spotify proper immediately clicks play on the song, interrupting whatever was going on and just being annoying

for today's i found it on youtube at /watch?v=06T03KfMvNY sadly they don't have the acoustic version on bandcamp
