This is kinda a weird thought, and a bit of a strange connection to make…but in Once Upon a Time, there’s this thing about how all magic has a price. And it got me thinking about a saying (I can’t remember where it originated from, or where I first heard it)- a life for a life….

and then I started thinking about how mysticism is taking a hold over quite a bit of this season with Damien Darhk being the big bad & Constantine assisting bringing back Sara…and then we have the whole grave thing happening in a few months…

So what if laurel has to pay a price for bringing back sara…and what if that price is her life?

If you’re talking about a literal price Laurel has to pay IN ORDER TO ressurrect her sister, I doubt it.

But metaphorically, I think the writers will definitely make her pay the consequences of her decision. How? I don’t know. Sometimes I think they really will kill off Laurel, as she has no discernible storyline after the resurrection of Sara. On the other hand, I don’t think the writers have the balls to kill of the Black Canary.

I don't know enough about Constantine, but I was sorta thinking it would have something to do with whatever he does to bring Sara the rest of the way back. I was thinking he'd say there's a literal price and it's the life of someone else, but I was thinking he may say there's are consequences that he can't control or something- and maybe that would lead to Laurel's death, or maybe even her father's.

I know Constantine fights demons, and I don't know much more than that. But it can't be as simple as he comes, chases the evil out of Sara, and the end- happily ever after, right? lol

Howdy! My friend Mel noticed that the name Rick Pinzolo was mentioned a few times in ep 4x02. Damien D mentioned him as did Felicity Smoak, along with a "yuck-he-is-disgusting" kind of face It made me think she knew him. So I looked his name up and found that he was a character from the TV show Wiseguy. He played a mobster. Now, it made me think that there is a connection between Damien and Felicity. Did they both know the Rick character from Las Vegas? Is this a clue in regards to her dad? thx

I’m a huge Wiseguy fan.  If you watch the show carefully, you’ll see a lot of Wiseguy Easter eggs.

you dont need to put politics into everything you love and you dont need to bend over backwards trying to explain why this Thing you love is Actually Totally Political. you are allowed to subjectively enjoy things. conversely you can hate looking at a celebrity’s dumb face without acting like theres always some kind of social justice reason fueling it
