It’s my birthday today! Over the years, I’ve always been motivated to strive further, dream big dreams, and make things happen. I’m still not where I want to be yet, but looking back, I’m come SO far from where I first started. It’s wild to think about how many mountains I’ve climbed in just the past few years, and I’m really proud of myself! Thank you all for being here on this journey with me as I keep on climbing. 💛

You can feel terrible if your self worth is based solely on your productivity and success, and you’re not achieving as many things, as quickly as you wanted. I fall into this trap so often, but try to accept that you have value outside of your accomplishments! Productivity can be one of them, but there are also others, like how kind or caring you are, or your dedication to relationships, or whatever makes you feel fulfilled in your life.
