Hi.. im a fiance of a Royal Marin from british army, it was curious because surfing over tumblr i found your blog and funny thing my bf its a sniper as well.. and he just got recently shot so he couldnt get home. He still there.. how you deal with this whole deployment thing, and the fact that he got shot very baddly and he hasnt be able to come home :( He been thru 5 surgeries until today.. its killing me :/

I'm sorry it took so long to respond to this. I hope he is doing better and you've been reunited! It's a struggle to get through deployment. The main thing to remember is that he is going through it too. Just keep strong, keep living him, and enjoy what little time you have to.communicate until he comes home.
