wonder if rose made empty suicide threats to her friends like she does to mom. i wish her self destructive tendencies were brought up more by the fandom. lowkey a vent so i dont care if this is ooc if im gonna be honest. i just wanted smt to work on for awhile

EDIT: i was really suicidal when i made this so if you could refrain from criticizing it in the comments that would much be appreciated. you can do that with my other works but not with this one. i genuinely just dont care if it is good or not and enough people have told me i didnt meet the bar and i dont careeeee!!! please stop

ppl saying they never saw rose as suicidal almost annoys me because i feel like you have to actively dislike her to not realize it. roses friends get concerned when she stops responding for like an hour or two. why else would they do that if she wasn't mentally ill

i know aradia wasn't talking about roses suicidal thoughts obviously just destructive impulses and self harm go hand in hand i think. wait the character who didnt care if she lived or died was..........suicidal .....? wh-what..... i need to sit down for a second.

Okay, if I have to be honest, I need to work on writing that part more, or I might just fully #scrap it, because I had ideas on it before, but I never really liked them, so it's kind of a vague concept until I work on it more. But what I can say is there's a guy who's tied in with all my OC's suffering due to being a haggle witch / hex broker / soul peddler. Whatever is a good enough term for it, where he goes to make deals with them, it has a monkey's paw effect, and it varies from minor changes to everything about you has been changed permanently, depending on the wish and/or deal. Again, I'm highkey not really a story writer, so I don't know if I can flesh out what I had in mind fully without it feeling like a plot a 12-year-old me would make, cringefest and all.

Also, this is the guy who's responsible for it all; his name is Hex. Like, get it because he technically hexes people :-D But yeah, the idea I had for Bennie's wish/deal is that she wanted to be more like her father (Billy Bloxxer) to be more stoic & less docile to be a better sword fighter. Or alternatively, "I want to be the opposite of myself so I can be a better sword fighter," and the monkey's paw curled.

(Ignore how old the first screenshot is, good god.) But the curse on her slowly worsens over time. I don't have an idea on what EXACTLY it affects other than how she looks physically. I've considered it makes her act more irrationally during battles, which often causes her to get hurt from risky moves (based off how I tend to do stupid moves while playing Blocktales). But again, still working on the whole thing because I want to be happy enough with it to share it with the world. But it makes me really glad that you guys care about Bennie enough to want to know more about her, though!! :-)

Your valentines design for griefer reminded me of heartstealer whos just a version of griefer for a blocktales au called lovetales made by @niko-aspin ! I know the design comparison isn’t 1 to 1 but it’s similar!

(Theres different designs i guess but the first image is his y design ig)

i've had someone on twitter say the same thing to me and it's genuinely unintentional cus lowkey have never heard of Lovetales until recently, i really do like the design of heartstealer it's really nice :-) !!
