I recently saw this recipe online, and being the food loving person that I am I knew I needed to try this. So the other night I gave it a go and found a few little things I wanted to change to it. After some revising for my blender and taste I came up with this! I hope you try and enjoy this! It’s a wonderful little recipe and good for you too!
1. Before starting get very hot water in your bowl. Fill the bowl up about half way with water.
2. Snap your banana in half, DO NOT TRY TO CUT IT!
3. Place the banana halves into the hot water, the skin of the banana will now be very easy to remove. Slide the peel off off of one and leave the second half in for later.
4. Now that you have half the banana cut small pieces, then those small pieces in half (this is best if you have a smaller blender like I do).
5.Drop the pieces into your blender and blend!
6. You might notice if you have a smaller blender that some pieces may not blended well, this where the knife comes in again. Carefully move the pieces around so they can become creamy.
7. Scoop the mix out and repeat steps 3-6 until you've used all the of banana.
8. Time for the frozen strawberries. I put just a slight bit of water into my blender to help the strawberries blend.
9. Drain the excess water out of the blender and take the remaining strawberry bits out
10. Mix the strawberries in with the frozen banana mixture.
