We love this pic! The 4th and last of the Alfa Super Flow showcars on it's way to the '61 US coast to coast and back promotion tour of Alfa dealers. Technically it's a 6C 3000 CM with a Pininfarina body and a two-piece retractable roof. Doubtless it's showing design and styling elements of the later 105 series Spider known as Duetto or Osso di Sepia and launched in '66. Insiders tell that the Super Flow promo tour was a clever marketing tool for preparing the US market for Alfa.
