If scott turned into a vampire, stiles would volunteer his blood whenever scott is hungry and if scott feeds on someone else, stiles would act like scott cheated on him.

The first time it happens scott is out of any blood bags he has on him that he stole from the hospital. Scott obviouslly can control his bloodlust but he is still a work in progress and it gets harder when he is hungry, he doesn't even like or want to feed on people but the urge is still there. Stiles is fully ready to give scott his blood even though scott doesn't view it as necessary but he lowkey walked into a wall becuase he was feeling that weak so scott accepts.

Scott taking stiles's blood from his neck? No becuase that would be weird, scott sinks his fangs into stiles's wrist but is they are making eye contact throughout so it is even weirder than the first option. Stiles has always been used to being scott's "lifeline" when scott was human but now he literally is one becuase his blood can help keep scott alive.
