These Cheesy Cheeseburger Burritos are a delicious twist on classic cheeseburgers. They are filled with seasoned ground beef, diced onions, tomatoes, pickles, and plenty of melted cheddar cheese, all wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla. The special sauce adds a burst of flavor that makes these burritos irresistible!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup diced pickles. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup mustard. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 4 large flour tortillas. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Over medium-low heat, brown the ground beef in a skillet. Use a spatula to break it up as it cooks. Put in the diced onions and cook them until they turn clear. Pour in the tomato dices and cook for another two to three minutes. Take it off the heat and squeeze out any extra fat. To make a special sauce, mix ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Lay out a big flour tortilla on a clean surface. Put some of the special sauce on top of the tortilla. Place some of the beef mixture on top of the tortilla. Put chopped pickles and cheese shreds on top of the beef. Add pepper and salt to taste. Along the edges of the tortilla, fold them in and then roll them up tightly to make a burrito. Do it again with the rest of the filling and tortillas. When the pan is hot, add the burritos and cook them for two to three minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and crispy. Let your Cheesy Cheeseburger Burritos cool down before you eat them.
