The lieutenant (who i should probably give a name to?) and Atka met in their younger years, the lieutenant was a rising star in the underground fighting scene and atka worked as a doctor there. Due to the twos occupations they met quite often and formed a friendship. The lieutenant was the one to actually recommend Atka for the equalists!
