Machine Makes Pleats For Dresses.

Getting back into some more smocking. I smocked some samples of heavy weight linen today. Initially I didn’t like how some of the pleats were twisted after putting them through the pleater but after I had smocked a few rows I actually liked the texture they added. This little sample piece is to put into a mood board of some bits and pieces that are inspiring me lately.
