Since I just saw someone reblog something from me only to add some extremely degrading comments about Yoko... here's a reminder that this is a Yoko Ono positive blog. Genuine and justified criticism of her and her art is fine, obviously, and I'm not saying that you have to like her. But if I see you personally insult or attack her, her appearance, or her family, I will block you. Meaning: Stay away from me with the childish, misogyny- and racism-fueled, completely disproportionate hatred towards her that's been perpetuated ever since the 60s - it was embarrassing then and it's even more embarrassing now. John suffered greatly under the public's animosity towards Yoko during his lifetime, and if he was here today, he'd be extremely saddened and disgusted to see that the same comments are still made 50 years later by people who are supposedly his fans.
