Lately my head has felt like it’s filled with cotton and i was wondering if any of you guys experience this. everything is foggy and my surroundings dont feel real, almost like im in a dream. im on holiday from college right now and i cant seem to focus on work at all bc of this. sometimes i sit and stare into space for hours, which is especially bad when my trich is in full swing. this is why i cut last night too, i went to sleep early and woke up in the night to everything being 10x worse. today’s a bit better, i’ve done some work already but im still not quite here. it’s so upsetting

ahh i’m so excited for you anon! my baby girl isn’t an official therapy cat but she sure acts like one. i get terrible sleep paralysis and usually come around sobbing, but she always without fail lays next to me and purrs til i doze off again <3 this one time i could even feel her rubbing on my face to wake me up which was both terrifying and comforting lmao. thank you so much for caring, i’m here for you and i love you!
