Had a somewhat stressful day with a minor accident in my car. Luckily no one was hurt and my car didn’t hit anything. Reminder folks....careful on roads that are wet cause my wheels hit a patch of oil and spun 180 on a round about to face oncoming traffic. Since I got home from the garage after having my car checked over, I’ve had 2 anxiety attacks and been drifting in and out of sleep. It used to be my outlet when I was feeling low and I went through some stuff that made me forget how too look after myself and now I’m happy with one part of my life but everything else is crashing down. I feel like shit. I don’t want to leave my bed. I can’t stop crying.
