So part of the Nerdfitness quests is to come up with rewards for yourself for hitting certain milestones. Which is basically what I did today, and divided it up into weight and exercise, so here’s what I’ve got.
Weight
250 lbs - New Tattoo
230 lbs - New Jeans
200 lbs - Call the Doctor(for a surgery I need)
190lbs - Get referral for surgery
Exercise
5k run - New Trainers
10k run - New Workout Clothes
5 Push-ups - New Hoodie
10 Push-ups - New Shirts
