Somatic Rhythms  is a Dance, Yoga, Hoop Dance, Movement retreat in Costa Rica coming up December 2013 - dedicated to keep you moving, laughing, learning, and sweating. Located at the beautiful Nature Retreat Center, Samasati, on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica, we will be exploring various techniques of hip hop, modern, hoop dance, afro brazilian, pilates, yoga, and more medicinal movement with some of the world’s most celebrated teachers such as Shakti Sunfire (hoop dance techniques and yoga), Tiana Zoumer (hoop dance techniques), Lessey Wentworth (yoga, pilates, ecstatic, afro/brazilian, and modern), and Kamau Abayomi (hip hop dance techniques and spoken word).
