It also genuinely really bothers me how so many people's "pro fat" posts are along the lines of "Yeah, fat is fine/good, eat whatever you want as much as you want!" Like yes that's a good sentiment and yes fear of fatness is what causes so many people to eat less than they otherwise would. I Understand This. But it's important to me that people understand. Someone being fat does not actually mean they eat more than a thin person does.
