The Seven Year Squish
The nursery was quiet and peaceful in the soft afternoon light.
She lay on her back in the crib, staring up at the gentle spinning mobile above her. The room smelled like baby powder and vanilla, the familiar comforting scent that always surrounded her now. She was supposed to be napping, but sleep refused to come.
It’s been so long since Daddy touched me like that, the way he used to kiss me hard, the way his hands would slide under my clothes and make me feel like a real woman… I miss it. I miss when he’d made me scream with pleasure. She thought, squirming restlessly under the blanket.
Her princess parts were tingling again, that warm, needy ache that had been building for weeks. Daddy still touched her constantly — lifting her into uppies and carrying her around the house like she weighed nothing, kissing her forehead, booping her on the nose, gently rubbing cream and powder between her legs during changes, blowing raspberries on her tummy until she giggled helplessly, cradling her close while she drank her nighttime baba. Those moments made her feel safe and loved, but lately they only made the other ache worse.
She glanced at the closed nursery door. Daddy had put her down for her afternoon nap almost an hour ago, but her body wouldn’t settle.
Her hand slipped under the blanket, pressing against the front of her thick, soggy diaper. The padding was warm and heavy from earlier leaks, and the loud crinkle echoed in the quiet room as she rubbed tentatively.
Just a little…Daddy won’t know. I’ll be quick and then I can nap like a good girl. She thought, cheeks already flushing.
I’ve got the shoes. I’ve got the dress. That makes me a ✨princess✨
Need on my lap 🥰
So forced regression is hot and all, but like it's also one of the most caring things you could do for another person.
Like, yes darling, I'm aware that you see yourself as a big girl but I care about you too much to ever let you be anything other than my beautiful little girl.
Of course you're a big strong girl sweetheart, but you're too beautiful and wonderful to have to worry about any of those big girl responsibilities.
You are my favorite person in this entire world and there is not a single thing I would not do for you. To prove it, you're going to be made into my child so I can dote on you.
When pacifier training your little girl,
it’s important to start small. Offer it to her at the slightest sign of discomfort or inconvenience. She may refuse at first, finding it too silly, but consistency is key. Once she begins to accept it, be sure to shower her in praise and affection as positive reinforcement for this type of behavior. There are days she may regress in her training and claim she doesn’t need it. Use these moments as learning opportunities for her by strapping her pacifier in her mouth for as long as is deemed necessary to help settle her down. As the dependency takes deeper root, keep her pacifier clipped to her top, so it’s never too far from her fussy, little reach. Soon she’ll be lost without the comfort she takes in nursing on her pacifier.
Encourage her to make her suckling obvious. The puffy cheeks and loud, greedy, wet smacks emitting from behind her pacifier shield provide her caregiver with the much needed proof that not only does baby have her pacifier securely in place where it belongs, but also that she is adequately acquiescing to her new accessory even when she’s out of sight. Sure, she’s guaranteed to have a chin that’s permanently drenched and dripping with drool, but that just means it’s time to add another accessory to her repertoire - her ✨bib✨
If she thought relying on a pacifier to regulate her emotions was humiliating at her age, just wait until she’s forced to have the shameful, spit soaked proof of her undeniable immaturity tied around her neck, on display for all to see.
Once upon a time in the quiet village of Elderglen, there lived a young woman named Elara. At twenty-three, she worked as a herbalist’s apprentice, gathering rare flowers and roots from the whispering woods that bordered the town. Elara was independent and curious, often wandering farther than others dared, drawn by tales of forgotten magic hidden among the ancient trees.
One misty afternoon, while searching for moonbloom petals, Elara stumbled upon a small, ornate chest half-buried beneath a cluster of glowing fungi. The chest was carved with playful symbols—stars, rattles, and smiling clouds. Inside, nestled on velvet, lay a single pacifier. It was beautifully crafted: the shield was silver etched with swirling runes, the teat made of some soft, luminous crystal that pulsed with gentle pink light. A faint hum of enchantment surrounded it.
“Strange,” she murmured, picking it up. It felt warm in her palm, comforting even. Without thinking, she brushed the crystal teat against her lips, testing its strange allure. A spark jumped from the pacifier to her tongue.
The world tilted.
A wave of tingling magic rushed through her body, starting at her mouth and spreading outward like warm honey. Elara gasped, dropping to her knees as her limbs softened and her height began to shrink. Her simple tunic and trousers shimmered, transforming into a fluffy, pastel-pink onesie with embroidered stars and a snap-crotch that appeared with a soft pop. Beneath it, a thick, padded diaper materialized, crinkling gently with every tiny movement.
“No… what’s happening?” she whispered, but her voice came out higher, softer, with a childish lilt. Her once-athletic frame rounded into the chubby, adorable proportions of a baby—plump cheeks, tiny hands and feet, and a smooth, innocent face framed by bouncy curls that had replaced her long brown hair. She couldn’t have been taller than three feet now, sitting in the moss with her legs splayed out helplessly.
The pacifier, still in her hand, floated up on its own and gently pressed into her mouth. She tried to resist, but the moment the crystal teat touched her tongue, a profound calm washed over her. Sucking instinctively, she felt her worries melt away. Adult thoughts—bills, responsibilities, the pressure to prove herself—faded into a happy fog. In their place bloomed simple joys: the softness of her new clothes, the secure hug of the diaper, and an overwhelming desire to be cared for.
Elara (or Ellie, as the magic seemed to whisper she should be called) crawled forward on all fours, giggling around the pacifier. The woods, once mysterious and slightly dangerous, now felt like a giant playground. Fireflies danced closer, forming playful patterns above her head. A nearby stream babbled invitingly, and she splashed at the water with her pudgy hands, laughing delightedly as droplets sparkled in the air.
As evening fell, a kind traveler—a tall woman with silver hair and a traveler’s cloak—happened upon the scene. She had been following the same old legends of the Enchanted Chest.
“Oh my,” the woman said, smiling warmly. “It seems the Pacifier of Eternal Youth has found a new little one.”
Ellie looked up with wide, trusting eyes, sucking contentedly. The traveler scooped her up effortlessly, cradling her against her shoulder. The magic pacifier stayed firmly in place, its enchantment ensuring Ellie would remain safe, happy, and regressed for as long as she wished—or until someone removed it with a willing reversal spell.
Back in the traveler’s cozy wagon, Ellie was changed into a fresh diaper scented with lavender, fed warm milk from a bottle that never emptied, and rocked to sleep under a blanket of stars. Deep inside, a tiny spark of her old self remained, content and grateful for this unexpected escape into pure, magical innocence.
From that day on, travelers through Elderglen sometimes spoke of a cheerful adult baby seen playing in the woods, guarded by an ancient silver-haired guardian. And if you listened closely on quiet nights, you might hear the soft, rhythmic suckling of a glowing pacifier… and the happy gurgles of a girl who had finally found the simplest kind of magic.
My Fair Baby
The morning sun streamed through the bedroom window, painting everything in soft golden light.
She stood in front of the full-length mirror, turning slowly from side to side. Her long brunette hair cascaded down her back in gentle waves, a pale blue bow clipped neatly in the centre. The yellow sundress hugged her delicate frame perfectly, it was feminine, flirty, and just short enough to make her feel a little daring.
It’s been so long since Daddy and I had a proper romantic date, she thought, smoothing the dress over her hips. Just the two of us doing regular couple stuff. Like grown-ups.
She studied her reflection with a hopeful, determined smile. Big Disney princess doe eyes, plump pink lips, and her adorable tiny button nose Daddy always loved to kiss. She'd made sure to apply her make up carefully, highlighting all her best features. Today she looked like a proper girlfriend.
No diapers today, she told herself firmly. The thin lace panties underneath felt light and freeing. I can do this. I’m going to be his big girl all day. No accidents. Just a real date like old times.
She was smart, capable, and mature… and today she was determined to prove it!
I need a little diapered daughter.
If I was a for real princess, wish bear would be my sidekick. ✨💕

Me an my tutu an my big ol diaper!
ok, imagine this with me… a whole gated community just for us. every single person inside is either a caregiver or a regressor. there are homes to live in, playgrounds everywhere, a school that’s actually fun, and little shops that get us.
the playgrounds are huge! some for tinier littles, some for older littles, and there’s a shallow kids pool and a splash pad too. we could ride tricycles safely, climb as high as we want, swing forever, and nobody would ever laugh or judge.
the school? it’s gentle. nap times, quiet rooms, sensory corners. teachers that actually understand us. we could bring our stuffed animals to class, or just chill in the reading corner with a book and no one would care.
the shops are perfect. toy stores, craft stores, even a grocery aisle just for snacks we love. a little café where we could sit with our stuffed animals and eat tiny pancakes or drink hot chocolate.
there’s a library, a community center, a movie room, and even a clinic where help is calm and kind. caregivers are safe and trusted. littles can be… just littles. dress how we want, stim however we want, bring all our plushies.
it’s like a place where the rest of the world doesn’t exist. where being small isn’t weird or wrong. a place that’s ours, just for us🥲
what would you add ?
