I started a course on human anatomy at my university, and I thought it'll be cool to share my first assignment. I scored 90%, so I am really proud of it.

Odd Light 🩸 Strange Blood
I am trying to get back into doing art for this blog again. I painted something familiar as practice.
Should I post animation more often?
Some interesting movements I animated for fun 🩸🩸🩸
I don't think I've every animated something for this blog. Here's a little wip <3
I have a bunch of new followers since I last checked this blog. Welcome <3
What kind of stuff should I start drawing? More pastel? Aesthetic? More gore?
Sneak peek of the thing I am working on rn <3
I changed by url from meatmagnolia to realrancid
Apathy 🩸🩸🩸
At first I thought “aw, sweet lil cherubs” and then I got to the second picture and saw intestines and was like “waaaiit a minute” and had to scroll up to the first picture to take a second look…. “well then”
Brutality
To anyone:
What themes or visuals do you like seeing in gory art?
Do you like dark colour palettes or pastel or??
Do you prefer realistic art styles or something more stylistic?
im fine with any color scheme but i love it when pieces have a lot of motion or a lot of feeling to them! when someones guts are flying everywhere, or their face or body language is really conveying how they feel, im all for it
Motion in drawings isn't something that I've really noticed or thought about before! Thanks for sharing, your answer made me glad I asked!
I watched Midsommar last night and it fucked me up.
Dani looked so sad in so many of the shots 🥺

I like stylistic, and as for colors it depends.
my personal goretober prompt list for this year, in case anyone else out there also needs to get a head start ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Personally I like things a bit more stylized or exaggerated.
I’ve only seen it a few times, but I like when there’s a distinct warm tone to the piece.
I do tend to prefer a brighter color scheme, but muted tones are really nice with a pop of color.
