      ❝ HIS NAME IS YINYANG AND HE’S A SWEETHEART. ❞

    The younger twin brother of Carl, Jasper Grimes, is the opposite of his brother.  He’s very quiet and tries to bring every animal still alive into the RV.  Jasper’s the emotional one, the one that cries when he looks at pictures of kittens.     At the start of the infection, Jasper and his family tried to leave Georgia, but when his parents fell ill from the infection, the escape was cut short by ending in Savannah.  Jasper watched as his older brother killed their parents, then helped to save the baby sister their mother had yet to give birth to.  While Carl became very much like their father, even wearing his police uniform, Jasper became more like their mother.     After meeting the people he and his siblings would come to consider family, Jasper started saving any animal they came across.  The only one he’s been allowed to keep thus far is a skunk, which he’s affectionately named “Yinyang”.     When not caring for his sister or his new pet, Jasper’s protecting his family by killing any zombies he comes across.  The one zombie Jasper fears the most is the Hunter, since there’s almost no way to get it off once it’s on you.

    he didn’t want to do any of this, considering this was his FAMILY.  he’d known most of these people longer than anyone in sanctuary.  sure, he did owe his life to negan, but the kid couldn’t give a shit.  it was basically reflex, what he did next; pulling the gun away from his brother’s head and pointing it towards the only person he could think to blame for this: N E G A N.  yes, there was more danger in doing this than just doing what he was told, but jasper wasn’t going to kill his family just because some scarf-wearing asshole told him to.  the amount of guns pointed at him now was insane, but he’d gladly die if it meant keeping everyone else safe.  most of them probably thought he’d long been dead, anyway.

     carl’s twin, jasper, was separated from everyone during the madness that was the escape from the prison.  he was eventually reunited with his family, but only after being with the saviors for almost four years.  he’s seems to be the peacemaker between the alexandrians and the saviors, since he’s the only one able to get in between both rick and negan before the confrontations escalate.
