IDEAS COLLABORATION: Voting is a fundamental democratic tool for change. A key part of the political platform is to bring new voters into the political theater. Registration is the first critical step in doing just this, and unfortunately it is not an easy task. Below are a few major voting determinant factors. Knowing these factors is fine, but finding ways to overcome these factors when they are at deficits is powerful. I'd like to get your ideas on ways to circumvent these realities. What do we need to do or say to convince people to vote who are in the lower spectrum of some or all of these factors.
