About the Roleplay + Application

Song of the Warriors is a Proboards based Warrior Cats Alternate Universe. We have been active since 2018 and am currently a small tight-knit community looking to expand our horizons and increase our members.

Applications are ALWAYS open.

The roleplay sets in the Valley, where five clans, Thunderclan, Riverclan, Windclan, Shadowclan and Darkclan, now reside. Each clan boasts its own unique lifestyle and personality, and every cat is blessed with an elemental ability by Starclan. 

With a plot filled with prophecies, battles and clan politics, as well as the daily clan life filled with patrols, kits and love, what more could you ask for in a Warriors Roleplay?

Lore and History

When the Clans ruled the forest…

Cats from each Clan began to disappear without a trace. No cat had ever seen them after and was known as “The Disappeared.” Moons after they vanished, they all returned wielding StarClan’s gift; The four Elements.

They mastered their new powers but were unable to teach their fellow Clanmates how to wield them since they were not blessed with the gift. StarClan blessed these cats once again. Their kits were gifted with the power of the Elements like their parents, and soon, every cat could wield an element. Cats of each Clan could wield one of the four Elements, though each Clan had their own dominant Element.

Moons after the Disappeared returned with their gifts, the Clans followed their blessed path to a new home; The Valley. This new home promised unlimited use of their new powers, strengthening the Elements.

With the potential of their new home, the cats found that their powers began to evolve. Many found they were able to find more uses for them or new traits to come with them. New cross-elemental parents found that their elements began to mutate in their kits, birthing three new elements: Ice, Storm and Dark.

After moons of endless abuse for being considered an “unnatural element”, Ravenwing and many Dark element cats rose up and waged war against the Clans. StarClan granted them the right to their own Clan, respectfully named DarkClan. Settled in a large portion of The Valley given by ShadowClan and RiverClan, DarkClan has been silent for moons, acting like a normal Clan once again.

Now, the Clans are fighting over the right to the Elements. Will there be peace? Or has StarClan’s gift gone to waste?
