This was my Christmas present to myself. 1991 Larrivee C-19 serial number 11126. Sitka Spruce top, Indian Rosewood back and sides, one piece Mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard and bridge. The binding is Rosewood, with a marquetry style rosette. It has a Rosewood veneer on the headstock with an inlaid abalone eagle, and abalone fret markers on the fingerboard. It has a bone nut and saddle and vintage bone bridge pins with mother of pearl inlay. Sounds fantastic. Crystal clear with a delicate top end. It has two thin cracks in the sides of the neck near the headstock. At some point in its life it was probably dropped. There is a long separation of the book matched top on the lower bout from dehydration and t a slight raising of the rosette on the table side.
