to be perfectly honest i think this is really important to address because i, a lesbian, used to think this way. i used to be really, really biphobic.

and just like all non-bi ppl i – no matter how gay i am – am fully capable of perpetuating biphobia and biphobic stereotypes, especially ones that harm bi women. and i know this line of thhought is SO COMMON amongst lesbians – especially bitter young lesbians like i once was – and we have got to nip it in the bud now. we’ve got to unlearn this shit and teach young lesbians that this is not an ok way to view the relationships that bi women have, and it never will be.
