Happy Wednesday🌟 An Empathetic Heart♥️... Empathy is a place of understanding ,not a means of control, where the soul of a man is free to experience vulnerability without critique or judgement. It is the empathetic tool that empowers us to embrace another in the brokenness of the soul. It is neither pretentious nor assuming, but full of Wisdom & Grace; seeking rather to listen to understand versus being understood. It does not project the sum of the experiences that birthed it onto another, nor in contrast does it cheapen the experiences of another through vain competition & rivalry. Empathy is neither good nor bad, happy nor sad, but perhaps is one of the most humble & pure expressions of Love. In Boldness with Wisdom it acknowledges the similarities of both journeys while remaining staunchly aware that the journeys themselves are as unique & individualistic as the traveler(s) experiencing it. Empathy, then, is a product of power, not pity, & a vehicle of service, not solitude. CHOICES... The Sum of Costs & Effect Think not when faced with complexities of life that you have ‘no choice’. Despite popular opinion, we ALWAYS have a choice. Doing nothing is itself a choice. The question is, ‘Is it one you can live with?’. Wise choices are based not upon how desirable an option appears nor how enticing the outcome may appear. Wise choices are based upon a survey of self, counting up the costs, & acceptance of the Truth as it pertains to those findings. Ultimately, it’s not so much as ‘can I live w/the outcome?, but ‘can I live with the cost of it? A Selah moment (pause, & calmly think about it) is always in order. Believe You Can... & you will. “Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.” -Mark 9:23 It is an inherent Truth that ALL things are possible when we believe. These possibilities are not mystical, miraculous feats. They are achievable, attainable outcomes. Throughout Jesus’ teachings & demonstration in the Gospels, Faith & Belief are two primary principles emphasized. Faith in God, the Father; Belief on His Son (The Word John 1:1); & as a result of the mere existence of them, Confidence to do whatever man’s heart & hands are set to do. These recorded demonstrations of power & authority have their foundation less rooted in religion & more centered in the essence & truth of God’s existence & man’s innate abilities relative to that existence. Possibility has more to do with ‘what is’ because ‘God is’. While mankind is special, he’s not original in his thoughts or deeds, except to the rest of mankind. Every thought or idea, while considered new & original to oneself & others, already exists in God’s mind though not yet materialized in time. Hence... “That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past.” -Ecclesiastes 3:15 Probability, however, is directly tied to man’s will & is governed by varying factors, few of which include desire, competence, circumstance, & perception. Man is often driven by desired & stalled by perception... HOW he thinks. The probable outcome is forecasted not by what is possible, but by what one ‘thinks’ is possible & what one ‘wills’ to make reality. ‘Probability is a man’s self-constructed bridge between Possibility & Reality. Men fantasize about possibilities while applying themselves to probability.’ While ALL things are possible to them that believe, it is what one deems probable that he/she will materialize. All that God has promised is possible. HAPPY SATURDAY🌟 Information or Revelation?🤔 (Today’s Post @ www.therealsonjalisa.net) We live in a highly technological & Information Age where the quest for information, moreover, the knowledge gained by it, is ramped. Too often, the use of cut-throat tactics, elusive strategies & diabolical schemes are employed to obtain it. Yet, overly indulging in too much information leaves little room for Revelation. While Information is an element of time, Revelation is of eternal value & brings Information into proper focus. Information may illuminate the ‘What’; Revelation reveals the ‘Why’. Each serves its own unique purpose in our lives. Understanding & respecting their purpose yields balance & harmony... greater focus & clarity. One rightly complements the other. “HAPPY MONDAY”, All! Seize your Best Day today! Today’s Blog Topic: Whom do you say that HE is? Many Names... ONE God Our Father is a personable, specific God, who pays attention to every detail of our lives & has the power to be to us whom/what we need at any given moment. His names reflect His essence - the very nature of His character & abilities. He is Omnipotent (All Powerful), Omniscient (All Knowing), & Omnipresent (Everywhere @the same too). How awesome that He can be to me Who I need, while @ the same time be to you Whom you need, & satisfy each of us individually & wholly! However, because of the human condition, there are times that we don’t know who or what we readily need. The beauty (sheer Glory really) is that, even in these times, HE knows & will become for us ‘The Answer’. In becoming the WHO, the WHAT will is always satisfied! Hence, the reason why His Grace is sufficient: “And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.“ 2 Corinthians 12:9 In the weakness of our humanity, His strength is manifested completely on our behalf. Who wouldn’t want a relationship with such a One as this?? TODAY... Whom do you need? Not sure? That’s ok; simply ask Him to reveal & be to you Whom it is He knows you need, & LOOK FOR THE MANIFESTATION of HIS POWER to satisfy the WHAT! By the way, I’m adding one more name to the list... “ABBA” (Father). That’s Whom HE IS to me😇.
