Challenge #1 My uncle likes to hire borderline homeless people in various states of recovery from alcohol and/or drugs; which is great! Unfortunately they don't always make the best employees in either practice or presentation. This morning I walked into a mess. The food prep area was covered with potato skins and a pair of sneakers and cap were on the floor. Out back I found one of my uncle's hires sleeping shoeless in a chair. Solution: Clean up the mess and move on. I hope tomorrow morning is better🌻#Sisyphus #OkiDog

A couple weeks ago I had the inspiration to help my uncle revive his hotdog stand. As future posts will show this will be challenging for many reasons. Success or a train wreck I'm not sure in which I will find myself. I've decided to start by trying to make the perfect French fry. #OkiDog
