The recipients of the book of Hebrews were considering a return to Judaism in light of the persecution they were experiencing. It would be easier for them if they turned away from Christ and back to the allowable religion in the Roman Empire.

God’s Final Word
Hebrews 1 indicates the God operates differently now than He used to operate when it comes to giving instruction to His people. Where he used to speak to them in different times and in different ways, He now speaks through His Son. All of God’s revelation is now contained in His Word.
