Day 5: Long

Today was rough, and after a long day of work and I can't quite bring myself to do more. Tomorrow is sword though, so I'm going to try and make something more incredible than today :)

Okay, so I just really need to talk about this lil guy for a sec.

Getting back into art after being away from it for a while is so so hard for me. After not practicing for so long it's so hard to be proud of anything I'm producing. Looking back and seeing some things, that I was very very proud of, and comparing them to what I start out making after these gaps... Well it's crazy discouraging. That's where this cutie comes in.

This is the first thing I've been super duper proud about making since my last break from art :) And I think that's really important. I'm going to look back at him if ever I struggle again with creating things that aren't as good as I like because I know what I can do, and I can make some amazing lil yeep's when I really put my mind to it. <3

Day 1: Poison

Soo... I haven't drawn in a while, and I've been looking for a good opportunity to get back into things :) So as I missed inktober, and because (as everyone who knows me knows) I think every month should be as spooky as October, I'm going to be doing inkvember~ There's a con this weekend so it'll be tricky to stay on track but I'm going to try my hardest!
